Normal Travel insurance at your own cost.
City Dirham Tax will be paid directly at the hotel by the guest directly.
Activities can shuffle on different days, as per the availability.
Cost of Pre/Post tour hotel accommodation, transfers, etc.
Any extra expense such as route change, Airline change, Date change, Accommodation facilities, etc incurred due to the unforeseen, unavoidable forced Majeure circumstances during the tour.
Any extra cost incurred on behalf of an individual due to illness, accident, hospitalization, or any personal emergency.

Booking amount is non-refundable.
Flight booking amount will be refunded as per flight cancellation policy.
50% cancellations charges of total package cost between 30-45 days before departure.
No refund 0-30 days prior to trip departure.
If Covid positive within 7 days to departure, on confirmation of the reports, we will postpone the entire trip to another date in future

In case of non-availability of rooms at the hotels mentioned, we shall provide you with alternate hotels of a similar category.
Check-in will be at 14:00 and Check-out time at the hotel is 12.00 hrs.
Our team will book your flights and train with the actual cost along with other travelers.
Some of the sightseeing points might get closed on particular days, therefore, we reserve the right to change the itinerary, however, we will make sure everything is covered in the best possible way.

Covid guidelines issued by the state govt are to be followed. E-pass to enter the state would be arranged by us. Covid test report to be shared with us 24 hrs before departure.
