✈️ Airline Disruption & Cancellation Policy

• All flight bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective airline.
• The company shall not be held responsible for any delay, rescheduling, or cancellation of flights by the airline.
• No refund or adjustment is applicable on the package amount in such cases.
• Any refund/credit note/voucher issued by the airline (if applicable) will be passed on to the traveler as per airline policy and timelines, after deduction of applicable charges.
• Additional costs due to flight delays, cancellations, or schedule changes (including but not limited to accommodation, meals, or transport) shall be borne solely by the traveler.
• Rebooking/alternate travel will be subject to availability and at the traveler’s expense.
• The company shall also not be liable for disruptions caused by force majeure events such as weather conditions, strikes, technical failures, or government restrictions.

🛂 Visa Policy

The approval or rejecton of visas is solely at the discretion of the Vietnam Immigration Authorities.

• Parents Holiday / Booking World shall not be held responsible for any visa rejection, delay, or non-approval under any circumstances.
• In case of visa rejection, no refund or credit note will be issued against the visa fee or any part of the tour cost.
• Guests may choose to reapply for the visa at an additional cost, subject to fresh documentation and processing requirements.
• Any loss to the tour cost arising due to visa rejection, delay, or non-issuance will be entirely borne by the traveler.
• Travelers are solely responsible for ensuring that all documents and personal details submitted are accurate, complete, and valid. Any discrepancy may lead to rejection.
• In case of trip cancellation due to visa rejection, no amount will be refunded, and standard cancellation policies will apply to the land arrangements and services booked.
