• INR 50,000/- per person at the time of booking.
• INR 50,000/- + INR 15,000/- at the time of applying VISA.
• After trip confirmation balance 100% amount or 40 days
• prior to departure whichever is earlier.

• Booking amount is non-refundable.
• Flight booking amount will be refunded as per flight
• cancellation policy.
• 50% cancellations charges of total package cost between 45-30 days before departure.
• No refund 0-30 days prior to trip departure.
• If Covid positive within 7 days to departure, on confirmation of the reports, we will postpone the entire trip to another date in future.
• In case of Visa refusal, INR 20,000/- per head is non refundable from the total booking amount.
• If visa refusal arrives 30 days prior to trip departure– advance amount non-refundable

Terms & Condition:

1. In case, any of the sightseeing schedules is missed due to delays caused by the client, the same will not be refunded to the client under any circumstances.
2. If a tour participant does not avail his/her meal in stipulated time; he/she has to avail the meal on his/her own arrangement and expenses. No claim can be made for the meal which he/she has missed and not utilized.
3. We will not be responsible or liable in case of loss of property or life at the Hotel. Similarly any damages caused to the hotel rooms during your stay, shall be payable by the Clients and the Company will not be liable for the same.
4. For the comfort and convenience of our passengers, we will sometimes reverse the direction, or slightly amend the itinerary. We will try to advise you of these amendments, prior to the start of the tour or on tour. In the event that a tour participant misses on any part of the sightseeing tour or any such tour due to delay on his part, he will not be entitled to claim refund of the same.
5. In any booked package the services which includes for cruise line, helicopter or ferry would be subject to availability / weather conditions / Local Body permissions / any other statutory requirements. Parents Holiday is not responsible/ liable for any happening or non-happening of any event under any circumstances whatsoever.
6. The Standard check in time is 1500 HRS and Standard check out time is 1000 HR.

Important Points:

• Standard Hotel Check-in: 16:00 HRS, Check-out: 10:00 HRS
• If the Insurance amount for age above 59 years exceeds INR 800 per head then extra amount is payable as per actual which depends on illness, medication and premium amount.
• Seating Allocation in coach is generally on rotational basis.
• Luggage specifications:
• Only 1 Check-in Bag (23 kg or 25 kg or 30 kg) as per airline policy is allowed.
• The 2nd bag – Hand Bag or Cabin Bag – allowed is maximum 5 kgs (1 pc or 2 pc) – in the form of Tote, Duffle, Backpack, Purse, laptop bag – all of them MUST be without wheels. These bags will be kept under your seat so cabin bag with wheel trolley is not allowed.
• Hotels in Europe sometimes have 2 beds (twin) joined together to make double beds.
• Few hotels may not have tea / coffee / kettle in the room because of fire safety rules in their area.
• The triple beds are usually sofa beds or rollover beds.
• Eating Hot and greasy foods, chocolates, ice cream will not be allowed in coach and hotel rooms.
• Washroom, WIFI and charging points are not available in coach
• For group airport pickup there may be waiting time of 1-2 hours at the airport.
• Package doesn’t include:
• Any expenses of personal nature such as Porterage, Laundry, and Alcohol, Food, water bottle or Drinks not in the regular menus provided by us, mini bar and telephone calls. Please carry 1 Litre water bottle that can be refilled daily during breakfast.
