  • Monuments/Temples entry fees.
  • Cost of Pre/ Post tour hotel accommodation, transfers, etc.
  • Any extra expense such as route change, Airline change, Date change, Accommodation facilities, etc incurred due to the unforeseen, unavoidable forced Majeure circumstances during the tour.
  • Porterage (coolie charges), laundry, telephone charges, shopping, wines and alcoholic beverages, mineral water, items of personal nature, and food or drink which is not part of a set group menu.
  • Any extra excursions or sightseeing apart from the above specified itinerary.
  • Any extra cost incurred on behalf of an individual due to illness, accident, hospitalization, or any personal emergency.
  • Any services or activity charges other than those included in the group tour itinerary.

  • Less or equal to 15 days before departure : Non - Refundable.

  • Greater than 15 days & less than 30 days before the departure date : 50% of Total Package Cost is Chargeable.

  • Greater than 30 days & before the departure : 15,000/- per person cancellation charges.

✈️ Airline Disruption & Cancellation Policy

Airlines and Trains are independent service providers and are beyond the control of the company. Hence, the following policies are applicable:

  • All flight bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective airline.
  • The company shall not be held responsible for any delay, rescheduling, or cancellation of flights by the airline.
  • No refund or adjustment is applicable on the package amount in such cases.
  • Any refund/credit note/voucher issued by the airline (if applicable) will be passed on to the traveler as per airline policy and timelines, after deduction of applicable charges.
  • Additional costs due to flight delays, cancellations, or schedule changes (including but not limited to accommodation, meals, or transport) shall be borne solely by the traveler.
  • Rebooking/alternate travel will be subject to availability and at the traveler’s expense.
  • The company shall also not be liable for disruptions caused by force majeure events such as weather conditions, strikes, technical failures, or government restrictions.
  • Train services are managed solely by the IRCTC and are beyond the company’s control. In case of delay, rescheduling, or cancellation, no refund or adjustment on the package amount will be applicable, and any additional expenses shall be borne by the traveler.

  • In case of non-availability of rooms at the hotels mentioned, we shall provide you with alternate hotels of a similar category.
  • Check-in will be at 14:00hrs and Check-out time at the hotel is 12:00hrs.
  • Our team will book your flights and train with the actual costs along with other travelers.
  • Some of the sightseeing points might get closed on particular days, therefore, we reserve the right to change the itinerary, however, we will make sure everything is covered in the best possible way.
  • Consult a physician before the tour. Carry basic medications and a first aid kit during the tour.
  • As these are Group Departures, we shall be picking & dropping off everyone from the Airport on the same time. Private pickup & drop will incur extra charges.
  • Kindly carry 1 piece of luggage per person.
  • Not all the hotels will have the Tea Kettle.
  • Tour Manager will be there to assist you but will not be able to carry luggage for any guest.
  • Hotel rooms allocation will be on the discretion of the Hotel.
  • Guest will have to follow the time schedule given by the Tour Manager or else the group will proceed without them.
  • Itinerary days can shuffle, based upon availability of the Hotel.
