- Items of personal nature like porterage, tips, laundry, telephone calls, mineral water, Monastery.
- Any applicability of new taxes from the Government.
- Any up gradation in the hotel room category.
- Cost of Insurance, Monuments Entry Fee.
- Cost of Pre/Post tour hotel accommodation, transfers, etc.
- Any extra expense such as route change, Airline change, Date change, Accommodation facilities, etc incurred due to the unforeseen, unavoidable forced Majeure circumstances during the tour.
- Porterage (coolie charges), laundry, telephone charges, shopping, wines and alcoholic beverages, mineral water, items of personal nature, and food or drink which is not part of a set group menu.
- Any extra cost incurred on behalf of an individual due to illness, accident, hospitalization, or any personal emergency.
- Any services or activity charges other than those included in the group tour itinerary.

Domestic Tours:
Less or equal to 15 days before departure : Non - Refundable.
Greater than 15 & less than 30 days & before the departure :
50% of Total Package Cost is Chargeable.
Greater than 30 days & before the departure : 15,000/- per person cancellation charges.
International Tours :
Less or equal to 30 days prior to departure: Non Refundable.
Greater than 30 & Less than 60 days prior to the departure: 50% of Total Booking Amount.
Payment Terms :
INR 10,000/- at the time of booking.
Balance 45 Days Before the departure
Flight Or Train Bookings on actual price at the time of booking
60 days or more than prior to departure date: 75% Will Be refunded.
- In case of the non-availability of rooms at the hotels mentioned, we shall provide you alternate hotels of a similar category.
- Check-in will be at 14:00 and Check-out time at the hotel is 12.00 hrs.
