Other Info

  • 5% GST applicable.
  • Any Airfare, domestic / International. Additional / personal use of vehicle.
  • Any applicability of new taxes from the Government.
  • Any up gradation in the hotel room category.
  • Cost of Insurance, Monuments Entry Fee.
  • Cost of Pre/ Post tour hotel accommodation, transfers, etc.
  • Any extra expense such as route change, Airline change, Date change, Accommodation facilities, etc incurred due to the unforeseen, unavoidable forced Majeure circumstances during the tour.
  • Porterage (coolie charges), laundry, telephone charges, shopping, wines and alcoholic beverages, mineral water, items of personal nature, and food or drink which is not part of a set group menu.
  • Any extra cost incurred on behalf of an individual due to illness, accident, hospitalization, or any personal emergency.
  • Any services or activity charges other than those included in the group tour itinerary.
  • Any extra excursions or sightseeing apart from the above specified itinerary.

  • Less or equal to 15 days before departure: Non Refundable

  • Greater than 15 & Less than 30 days before the departure : 50% of Total Booking Amount

  • 30 days or more than before departure date: 15,000/- per person cancellation charges.

  • In case of non-availability of rooms at the hotels mentioned, we shall provide you with alternate hotels of a similar category.
  • Hotels are situated at hilly areas, no lifts will be there.
  • Check-in will be at 14:00 and Check-out time at the hotel is 12.00 hrs.
  • Tourist vehicles at MG road at Gangtok and Mall road at Darjeeling are not allowed Our team will book your flights and train with the actual cost along with other travelers.
  • Some of the sightseeing points might get closed on particular days, therefore, we reserve the right to change the itinerary, however, we will make sure everything is covered in the best possible way.
  • Consult a physician before the tour.
  • Carry basic medications and a first aid kit during the tour.
  • As these are Group Departures, we shall be picking & dropping off everyone from the Airport on the same time.
  • Private pickup & drop will incur extra charges.
  • Kindly carry 1 piece of luggage per person.
  • Not all the hotels will have the Tea Kettle.
  • Tour Manager will be there to assist you but will not be able to carry luggage for any guest.
  • Hotel rooms allocation will be on the discretion of the Hotel.
  • Guest will have to follow the time schedule given by the Tour Manager or else the group will proceed without them.
  • Itinerary days can shuffle, based upon availabilty of the Hotel.
